NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at their meeting held March 24, 2020, the Glendora City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2050, amending Glendora Municipal Code Title 21, Section 21.02.040B, Section 21.02.040D, and Section 21.A.E Table E changing the process to review  two-story construction in residential zones. The amendments will retain the requirement for a Development Plan Review permit for single family two-story construction; however, the reviewing body is changed from the Planning Commission to the Community Development Director.
