August 6, Planning Commission Meeting Preview – The Planning Commission will hold their next Meeting on Tuesday, August 6 at 7:00 pm in the City Council Chamber.  The agenda and staff reports are posted on the City’s website:

The meeting includes two items:                                     

• Ordinance – A proposed amendment to regulations relating to water efficient landscaping. This item is requesting a Commission recommendation to the City Council.
• 1728 Bonnie Cove Avenue – Application to develop a 4-unit residential apartment project.

Current Development – Details on new construction and a complete list of Current Zoning Applications are available on the City’s website via the link below.  Some of the highlighted projects are under construction, while others are under review and have not been approved.
