NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
GLENDORA CITY COUNCIL
YOU MAY BE AFFECTED BY THE FOLLOWING:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council will hold a public hearing in the City Council Chamber of City Hall, 116 E. Foothill Boulevard, Glendora, California, on Tuesday July 9, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. to receive and consider all evidence and reports relative to project application (File No. PLN18-0016) requesting approval of the following:
- Amendment text of the Glendora General Plan to increase the maximum floor area ratio permitted from 0.35 to 2.1 for all properties within the City that have a land use designation of Light Industrial and which are bordered on all sides by publicly-owned land or facilities;
- Establish site specific development standards and permitted uses (e.g., setback, building height, and parking standards) for the site located within the Planned Redevelopment zone at 919 S. Lone Hill Avenue; and
- Development Plan Review for construction of a proposed self-storage facility structure that is approximately 113,868 gross square feet in size (3 floor levels plus a basement) at 919 S. Lone Hill Avenue.

Related documents are on file for public inspection and copying for the cost of duplication starting June 28, 2019 at the Office of the City Clerk, 116 E. Foothill Blvd, Glendora, California, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays.
Notice is further given that with assistance from the City’s environmental consultant (Placeworks), the City completed an Initial Study on the project in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The Draft Initial Study concluded that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment with inclusion of mitigation measures and a Draft Mitigated Negative Declaration (“MND”) and Mitigation Monitoring Reporting Program have been prepared. The public review period for the Initial Study and Draft MND commenced on April 11, 2019, and concluded on May 1, 2019. The City Council will consider adoption of the project’s CEQA MND at the public meeting on July 9, 2019.
