Community Development Update - May 31, 2019
June 4, Planning Commission Special Meeting – The Planning Commission will hold a special meeting to receive and provide comment on Gold Line Station Area Plan Concepts. The meeting is scheduled Tuesday, June 4 at 5:00 pm in the City Council Chamber.
The Metro Gold Line Glendora Station is anticipated to open for service in 2025. While that may seem like a long time, the City has been anticipating the Gold Line’s arrival for several years, and planning for how development around the station evolves demands careful attention. The City has engaged the Cal Poly San Luis Obispo school of City and Regional Planning to create concepts that will generate community dialogue.
