NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council will hold a public hearing in the City Council Chamber of City Hall, 116 E. Foothill Boulevard, Glendora, California, on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. to receive and consider all evidence and reports relative a request to approve the following: a Specific Plan Amendment, Master Development Plan Amendment, Tentative Parcel Map and Design Review to allow one new drive-through Raising Cane’s restaurant within the Glendora Commercial Specific Plan (Glendora Marketplace) on property addressed 1225 South Lone Hill Avenue.
All interested parties are invited to attend said hearing and express their views on this matter. Should you be unable to attend the public hearing, your comments must be made in writing and delivered to the City Clerk prior to the scheduled hearing date. Related documents are on file for public inspection and copying for the cost of duplication starting February 28, 2019 at the Office of the City Clerk, 116 E. Foothill Blvd, Glendora, California, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays.
Staff has prepared a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines
