Tales With Tails

Tales With Tails / Children's Room / 3:30 - 4:30 p.m.

Children often find it intimidating to read aloud in front of classmates. Founded in 2007, BARK is an all-volunteer program that encourages children to increase their reading skills and self-confidence by reading aloud to certified therapy dogs in a no-pressure setting. Now BARK has come to Glendora Public Library. We call our program "Tales With Tails."

Bring your child by in the afternoon on the date noted and encourage them to read to Juan, BARK's mellow, beautiful greyhound. Sign up at the Children's desk when you arrive on BARK day.

This program repeats the second Tuesday of every month, 3:30-4:30 p.m., in the Children's Room.
