Transit Options Workshops
Join the Transportation Division for a fun day of guided travel! At these workshops, participants will receive a Transit 101 presentation to start and will then be taken on a guided day of travel on public transportation. The group will break for approximately 2 hours of free time on your own and will then reconvene to head back to Glendora together!
Registration is required for each workshop and can be completed through our Registration Portal or in person at the City Hall Community Services Office or the Transportation Center. Please stay tuned for future workshop dates!
March 2018 - Monrovia Street Fair
This workshop will teach you the basics of utilizing public transit systems such as Foothill Transit, Metro, Metrolink, and Glendora Mini-Bus services. The workshop will consist of a Transit 101 presentation to start which will be followed by a guided day of travel on the Gold Line and Monrovia Shuttle Services to the Monrovia Street Fair.
Location: Glendora City Hall Council Chambers - 116 E. Foothill Blvd.
Workshop Only = $5.00
Workshop + TAP Card and Fare = $10.00
This is a VERY ACTIVE trip that will require a lot of walking. Workshop is limited to 20 people. A waiting list will be available.

The Bicycle Friendly Business District (BFBD) has officially launched in Glendora! The area of the Bicycle Friendly Business District can be seen on the map below.
Businesses that are have already chosen to participate are Classic Coffee, Village Fitness, Needles Hooks & Yarn, Glendora Florist, and Top Billing Entertainment Performance Academy.
