On September 24, 2013, the City Council approved an application by The Olson Company to construct 21 detached condominium units at the northwest corner of Gladstone Street and Bonnie Cove Avenue (view map).  The project includes a General Plan Amendment, Zone Change, Development Plan Review, Lot Line Adjustment, and Tentative Tract Map.  The approved site plan is shown below (except that the City Council required the elimination of one of the 22 units shown on the plan).
