PUBLIC NOTICE

SUMMARY OF ADOPTED ORDINANCE 2038

(AS PRESCRIBED BY GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 36933 (c) (1))

 

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at their meeting held May 14, 2019, the Glendora City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2038.  The Ordinance amends several sections of Glendora Municipal Code, Chapter 21.08 and enacts the following regulations and policies:  1) an increase in the allowable number of drive-throughs to five (5) within the Glendora Commercial Specific Plan; 2) an increase in the maximum allowable floor area for drive-through businesses to 15,700 square feet, cumulatively, within the Glendora Commercial Specific Plan; 3) the replacement of, Glendora Municipal Code Section 21.08.A.020, Figure 2 (Master Development Plan), with an updated exhibit reflecting a  fifth drive-through business within the Glendora Commercial Specific Plan.

Said ordinance will become effective 30 days after adoption.

 

I, Kathleen R. Sessman, City Clerk of the City of Glendora, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced for first reading on the 23rd day of April, 2019, thereafter, said Ordinance was duly approved and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 14th day of May, 2019, by the following roll call vote:

 

AYES:          COUNCIL MEMBERS:        Boyer, Davis, Thompson, Allawos and Nelson.

NOES:         COUNCIL MEMBERS:        None.

ABSENT:     COUNCIL MEMBERS:        None.

ABSTAIN:    COUNCIL MEMBERS:        None. 

 I further certify that said Ordinance was published as required by law in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Glendora, California on the 23rd day of May, 2019.
