SUMMARY OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE
(AS PRESCRIBED BY GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 36933 (c) (1))
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at their meeting held April 23, 2019, the Glendora City Council introduced for first reading, proposed Ordinance No. 2038, which if approved, will amend several sections of Glendora Municipal Code, Chapter 21.08. The ordinance enacts the following regulations and policies: 1) an increase in the allowable number of drive-throughs to five (5) within the Glendora Commercial Specific Plan; 2) an increase in the maximum allowable floor area for drive-through businesses to 15,700 square feet, cumulatively, within the Glendora Commercial Specific Plan; 3) the replacement of, Glendora Municipal Code Section 21.08.A.020, Figure 2 (Master Development Plan), with an updated exhibit reflecting a fourth drive-through business within the Glendora Commercial Specific Plan.
The City Council will consider adoption of said ordinance at their meeting to be held May 14, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber, 116 E. Foothill Boulevard, Glendora.

Said ordinance will become effective 30 days after adoption.
The foregoing Ordinance was introduced for first reading at a Regular Meeting of the Glendora City Council by the following roll call vote:

NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None.
