The City of Glendora invites all interested parties to attend public hearing and express their views.  Should you be unable to attend a public hearing, comments must be made in writing and delivered prior to the scheduled hearing date.  Related documents are on file for public inspection and copying, for the cost of duplication during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you challenge any of the proposed action(s) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing, or in written correspondence delivered at, or prior to, the public hearing.

NOTICE OF CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Glendora continued the following public hearing at its regular meeting of Tuesday, March 12, 2019, as follows:
Agenda Item # 2 A public hearing to consider a Resolution and Ordinance approving a Specific Plan Amendment, Master Development Plan Amendment, Tentative Parcel Map (TPM#82236), and Design Review to allow a new drive-through restaurant (Raising Cane's) within the Glendora Commercial Specific Plan (Glendora Marketplace). (Project No. PLN17-0025)

Said public hearing was continued to Tuesday, April 23, 2019, beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the City Council Chamber, 116 E. Foothill Boulevard, Glendora.
