Adopted Ordinance 2031

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at their meeting held October 23, 2018, the Glendora City Council unanimously voted to adopt on second reading Ordinance No. 2031, which if approved, will add Chapter 21.14 to the Glendora Municipal Code, establishing the Arrow Highway Specific Plan as added to the Glendora Municipal Code

The ordinance adds Chapter 21.14 to the Glendora Municipal Code to be known as The Arrow Highway Specific Plan which identifies land use districts, with a matrix of permitted and conditionally permitted uses. The Arrow Highway Specific Plan establishes development standards, parking standards, design guidelines, a mobility and infrastructure component, administration and implementation plan, and other requirements to ensure the orderly development of the specific plan area.

 The Arrow Highway Specific Plan covers an approximately 2.73 mile area along the entire Arrow Highway Corridor, between Barranca Avenue on the west and Valley Center Avenue on the east. The Specific Plan area contains approximately 106 acres.

Said ordinance will become effective 30 days after adoption.

 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted by the following roll call vote:

AYES:           COUNCIL MEMBERS:        Allawos, Boyer, Davis, Nelson and Thompson.        

NOES:          COUNCIL MEMBERS:        None.

ABSENT:      COUNCIL MEMBERS:        None.
