The City of Glendora invites all interested parties to attend public hearing and express their views.  Should you be unable to attend a public hearing, comments must be made in writing and delivered prior to the scheduled hearing date.  Related documents are on file for public inspection and copying, for the cost of duplication during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you challenge any of the proposed action(s) in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing, or in written correspondence delivered at, or prior to, the public hearing.

Notice is hereby given that the Glendora City Council will conduct a public hearing pursuant to Sections 21.01.050 and 21.01.030.E of the Glendora Municipal Code in the City Council Chambers at 116 East Foothill Boulevard, Glendora, California 91741. 

Date & Time:                    September 25, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. 

Case Number:                   Arrow Highway Specific Plan (PLN18-0008)

Request:                            A Specific Plan to establish long-term vision and objectives along a 2.73 mile portion of Arrow Highway in the City of Glendora. The Specific Plan establishes new land use designations and development standards for residential and commercial uses and development.

Subject Property:              North side of Arrow Highway between Valley Center Avenue and Barranca Avenue.

General Plan:                     Arrow Highway Specific Plan 

Zone(s):                             Corridor High Density Residential (C-HR), Corridor Medium High Density Residential (C-R3), Corridor Buffer Residential (C-BR), Corridor Medium Density Residential (C-R2), Corridor Commercial (C-C3), Corridor Industrial (C-I), Office/Light Industrial Mixed-Use (MU-I), Transition Mixed-Use (MU-T), Commercial Core Mixed-Use (MU-CC), Neighborhood Commercial Mixed-Use (MU-NC).

Environmental:                  An Environmental Impact Report (EIR) has been prepared for the project pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Pursuant to the EIR, impacts have been found to be less than significant.  The Specific Plan and EIR are available for review on the City website at: http://www.cityofglendora.org/departments-services/planning/arrow-highway-specific-plan, the Glendora Public Library, and the Planning Department at City Hall.
