March 6, Planning Commission Meeting Preview – The Planning Commission will hold their next Meeting on Tuesday, March 6 at 7:00 pm in the City Council Chamber. The agenda and staff reports are posted on the City’s website:
The meeting includes five items:
905 E. Arrow Highway – Conditional Use Permit for a brewery taproom and food hall.
130 S. Vista Bonita Ave. – Certificate of Appropriateness for an addition to a single-family home located in the Historic Preservation Overlay Zone.
616 Gordon Highlands Rd. – New single-family home in the Rural Hillside Residential Zone.
625 Gordon Highlands Rd. – New single-family home in the Rural Hillside Residential Zone.
653 Gordon Highlands Rd. – New single-family home in the Rural Hillside Residential Zone.
Current Development – Details on new construction and a complete list of Current Zoning Applications are available on the City’s website via the link below. Some of the highlighted projects are under construction, while others are under review and have not been approved.
Arrow Highway Specific Plan – The Draft Environment Impact Report (DEIR) is available for public review and comment. The DEIR is available at Glendora City Hall, Planning Department, the Glendora Public Library, and the City’s website at:
