De-stress Program: Beginner Yoga

Learn how to de-stress @ The Glendora Library!

Did you know that April is National Stress Awareness month? Stress can be debilitating, and it can cause and/or aggravate health problems. And since stress is a normal part of human existence — nobody is immune to it — it’s important to arm ourselves with knowledge so that we recognize when stress rears its ugly head.

Please join us for a series of FREE programs aimed at helping you develop and maintain stress coping strategies and activities. Try something new and learn a new skill that you could use to relieve stress and have fun!

Saturday, April 6th at 10:30 AM – Beginner Yoga in the Bidwell Forum meeting room with Nikki Valdez (All levels welcome!)
